Job summary

County College of Morris is seeking a full-time Nursing Department Lab Coordinator to oversee the Simulation Laboratory and clinical operations. The role does not require nursing licensure and reports to the nursing supervisor and faculty.

Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining simulation environments, supporting scheduling, purchasing, and interdepartmental collaboration with vendors and clinical partners. Strong technical and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in related field including simulation technology, healthcare tech, IT, educational/AV tech, health sciences, or related field.
• Preferred: additional degrees in healthcare simulation, educational tech, health sciences, or related fields.
• Equivalent combo of education, training and experience may be considered.
• RN licensure not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Simulation Laboratory Operations and provide technical support.
• Coordinate scheduling and operations for labs and clinical activities.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing and supply management.
• Ensure safety, readiness, and compliance of laboratories.
• Administer simulation technology and systems; support faculty and interdisciplinary activities.
• Support program, faculty and interdisciplinary needs.
