Job summary

GBMC HealthCare in Baltimore seeks a Program Manager for the Simulation Innovation Learning Center to lead the strategic execution and daily operations of the center. You will coordinate resources, oversee budgets, develop policies, and partner with clinical and educational leaders to advance simulation-based learning across the organization.

The role requires an associate degree with healthcare focus (bachelor's or master's preferred) and at least five years of clinical or healthcare experience

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Healthcare or a related field is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare or related field is preferred.
• Five years of direct experience with simulation programs and completion of a training in a simulation program will be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget and make recommendations for capital and operating purchases to enhance simulation teaching.
• Select departmental staff and manage performance and development of assigned staff.
• Collaborate across organization to meet needs for improved patient care.
