Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation’s Silicon Co-Design Group seeks a Silicon Product Engineer - Manufacturing to advance testability, manufacturability, reliability, and quality for high-volume silicon manufacturing. You will validate SLT/BLT diagnostics and translate product requirements into robust test coverage on complex GPUs, SoCs, and CPUs.

Role emphasizes hands-on lab bring-up, debugging silicon, and collaborating with HW/SW teams to strengthen production tests and drive scale across HVM environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of silicon Post-silicon PVT validation or high-volume manufacturing testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust closed-loop analysis for VF characteristics and POR expectations vs. production screens.
• Support VF/VMIN/VMAX/PVT spec validation and productization across Manufacturing and product segments.
• Collaborate with HW design, IO design/validation, and production ops to determine test coverage and flows for high-volume manufacturing.
