NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Silicon Product Engineer – Manufacturing in Santa Clara to lead testability, manufacturability, reliability and quality efforts for high-volume silicon validation. You will partner with HW/SW teams to define SLT coverage, optimize testing flows, and drive improvements across speed, power, yield and cost.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of silicon post-silicon PVT validation or high-volume manufacturing testing.
• Hands-on lab experience with silicon bring-up, debug and data correlation to Si characterization.
• Strong EE fundamentals, device physics, signal integrity, fault analysis and statistics.
• Experience with firmware/driver interaction with hardware.
• Ability to drive multi-functional alignment around plans, dependencies and sign-off criteria.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, Linux and scripting.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HW engineering and SW teams to define SLT test coverage and conditions for high-volume manufacturing.
• Support SLT testing infrastructure, debug knobs and data collection features.
• Co-design SLT testability scope and coverage enhancements for Nvidia's manufacturing tests.
• Prototype and fine-tune speed, power, circuits, yield, and quality for SLT in a socketed environment.
• Develop and maintain SLT testing flows and relate findings to silicon characterization.
• Define procedures for silicon correlation between production testing and diagnostics.
• Assist customer escalations to fix gaps in SLT production coverage.
• Drive manufacturability improvements, test time reduction, and cost vs coverage tradeoffs.
• Initiate root-cause analysis and data analytics to prevent recurrence.
