Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation's Silicon Co-Design Group is seeking a Silicon Product Engineer - Manufacturing to validate and implement SLT/BLT production diagnostics for high-volume silicon tests. You’ll ensure test coverage aligns with product requirements while collaborating across HW/SW and production operations to improve quality, yield and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on post-silicon bring-up experience, strong data analytics, and proficiency with Python, Linux, and scripting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of silicon post-silicon PVT validation or high-volume manufacturing testing experience.
• Hands-on lab experience with silicon bring-up and lab debug.
• Strong EE fundamentals, device physics, and silicon design knowledge.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and extracting actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust closed-loop analysis for VF characteristics and POR expectations vs. production screens to improve MFG diag quality.
• Support VF/VMIN/VMAX/PVT spec validation and productization across Manufacturing and product segments.
• Collaborate with HW engineering teams to define test coverage and flows for SLT/BLT tests in high-volume manufacturing screens.
• Support prototyping and optimize speed, power, circuits, yield, and silicon coverage in SLT environments.
• Coordinate silicon correlation activities between production testing infrastructure and internal characterization programs.
• Develop and maintain SLT/BLT testing flows and drive shift-left improvements.
• Lead process improvements and preventative actions via root cause analysis and data analytics.
• Work with SW and platform teams to enhance SLT testing infrastructure and data collection features.
