NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA, is hiring a Senior Silicon Product Engineer – Manufacturing to join the TMRQ team. You will co-design and implement SLT production diagnostics for silicon features in a high-volume manufacturing environment, verify POR specs, and support post-silicon validation for complex SoCs, GPUs, CPUs.

You will work cross-functionally with HW/SW teams to define test coverage, optimize SLT test content, and drive manufacturability improvements using data analytics and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Microelectronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in silicon post-silicon validation or high-volume manufacturing testing.
• Hands-on lab bring-up, debug and correlation to silicon characterization, yield and coverage.
• Strong fundamentals in device physics, statistics, STA, signal integrity, fault analysis.
• Experience with Python, scripting, Linux and firmware/driver interaction.

Mansioni

• Co-design SLT testability scope and coverage for high-volume manufacturing screens.
• Partner with HW/SW teams to determine test content, flows, and constraints.
• Develop and maintain SLT testing flows; optimize test time and coverage.
• Support customer-facing and quality teams during escalations and gaps.
• Drive process improvements via root-cause analysis and data analytics.
