Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HW/SW teams to define test coverage and SLT test flows.
• Co-design SLT testability scope and coverage enhancements for high-volume manufacturing screens.
• Develop and maintain SLT testing flows and correlate to Si characterization and yield.
