Job summary

Google is seeking a Silicon Engineering Manager to drive AI/ML hardware acceleration through TPU technology. Lead a team delivering custom silicon and power integrity expertise to support Google's demanding AI/ML workloads and verify complex digital designs centered on TPU integration.

You will coordinate with physical design, circuits, technology, and packaging to optimize the power delivery network, conduct EMIR signoffs, and advance new reliability solutions across ASICs and SoCs for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of technical experience in physical design and power delivery.
3 years of people management experience.
Experience with EMIR from budgeting to signoff.
Experience with EMIR tools RedHawk, Totem, and Voltus.
Experience with power grid design and design trade-offs.

Responsibilities

Direct, manage, and set strategy for the power grid distribution and power integrity team.
Manage EMIR analysis from block to full-chip signoff.
Collaborate with physical design, STA, package, and circuit teams to define budgets and signoff methodologies.
Work with internal groups and vendors to define capabilities for EMIR tools.
Own team development, staffing, and fostering collaboration.
