Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, and set strategy for power grid distribution and power integrity teams.
• Evaluate EMIR team efforts to complete analyses and signoff checks for reliability.
• Collaborate with design, STA, package, and circuit teams to define budgets and signoff methodologies.
• Work with groups and vendors to establish EMIR tool priorities and capabilities.
• Own team growth by creating development plans and managing staffing to maximize impact.
