Google LLC in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an ASIC Power Engineer to shape the future of AI/ML hardware acceleration and TPU power design. You will drive cutting-edge TPU technology powering Google's most demanding AI/ML applications and develop custom silicon solutions for data centers.

You will contribute to the innovation behind TPU architecture, verify complex digital designs, and apply power modeling, with a focus on system-level power tradeoffs and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields.
• 8+ years in silicon design or architecture with power focus.
• Experience with power design, modeling, and reduction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design power modeling and drive convergence to power goals.
• Investigate, specify, and deploy power optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional software and system teams on power management architectures.
