Responsibilities

• Coordinate dining reservations, transportation, tours, and events.
• Provide local recommendations tailored to guest interests.
• Support Front Desk inquiries, reservations, and billing questions.
• Coordinate VIP guest experiences across departments.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure an outstanding stay.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and internal teams to exceed expectations.
• Lead and promote the hotel's Art Tour Program to enrich guest experiences.
