The Pfister Hotel, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Milwaukee, seeks a Concierge to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You will warmly welcome guests, arrange dining and transportation, offer tailored recommendations, and assist Front Desk with inquiries to ensure seamless service.

You’ll coordinate VIP requests and lead the Art Tour Program, sharing the hotel’s rich history and culture. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of hotel operations or willingness to learn quickly.
• Stability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of Milwaukee restaurants and attractions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and anticipate needs to create memorable experiences.
• Coordinate guest services including dining reservations, transportation, and local experiences.
• Provide expert recommendations on restaurants, attractions, and events.
• Assist Front Desk with inquiries, reservations, check-in/check-out, and billing questions.
• VIP guest coordination across departments for special requests and amenities.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally to ensure a seamless stay.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Promote and lead the hotel's Art Tour Program, sharing history and culture.
