The Pfister Hotel Milwaukee, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Concierge to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences. You will warmly welcome guests, anticipate needs, and coordinate dining, transportation, tours, and events.

Ideal candidates will have strong guest service skills, knowledge of Milwaukee attractions, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. The role supports Front Desk operations and promotes the Art Tour Program.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and create memorable guest experiences.
• Knowledge of hotel operations or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service by welcoming guests warmly and anticipating needs to create memorable experiences.
• Coordinate guest services including dining reservations, transportation, and local experiences.
• Provide recommendations on local restaurants, attractions, and events tailored to guest interests.
• Support Front Desk operations with inquiries, reservations, check-in/check-out, and billing questions.
• Coordinate VIP guest experiences across departments.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively.
• Maintain relationships with local vendors and internal departments to exceed guest expectations.
• Promote the hotel's Art Tour Program and share its history and artwork with guests.
