FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is hiring for a Sales/Business Development role focused on showroom sales and first contact with walk-in customers. You’ll manage inbound calls and emails, convert leads to customers in our sign business software, and ensure accurate order details as they move through production.

You’ll cross-train with teammates to gain a strong, end-to-end understanding of our processes, while actively seeking new business via cold outreach and local networking to grow the center’s

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales or retail environment.
• Ability to convert leads to customers using CRM tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Showroom Sales area and be the first point of contact for walk-in customers.
• Manage inbound calls and emails and provide excellent customer service.
• Convert leads to customers and process orders efficiently in the management system.
• Cross-train and support teammates to gain full knowledge of the sign business.
