The role involves managing projects end-to-end, communicating with customers, and coordinating with installers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, experience in the sign industry or related fields, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Access.

Qualifications

• High level of communication skills with a clear professional telephone voice.
• Experience in the sign industry or related manufacturing/construction field.
• Computer skills with MS Office, including Access; Windows familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support sales on multi-location sign projects from inquiry to installation.
• Manage projects from sale through completed installations and follow up.
• Communicate with customers; handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Track project status and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with installers and service providers in remote sites.
• Identify process improvements and help implement company-wide enhancements.
