Job summary

Thomas Sign and Awning in Clearwater, FL is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support the sales team and project managers from sale through installation. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving to coordinate multi-location projects, assist with administrative tasks, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will interact with customers and subcontractors, track progress, and help keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Entry level administrative position; learning path for advancement.
• Experience in the sign industry, manufacturing or construction is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office including Access, Adobe and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager with various projects from sale through installations.
• Provide support to project managers on multi-location projects.
• Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding products and services.
• Track project status and communicate with customers and internal personnel.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and service technicians in remote locations as needed.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner.
