Thomas Sign & Awning in Clearwater, FL is seeking an organized Project Manager to support sales on multiple sign projects from initial contact to final installation. You will coordinate with customers and subcontractors, track progress, and drive improvements across design, construction and installation to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and building solid partner relationships with customers and subcontractors

Qualifications

• High level of communication skills with a clear telephone voice.
• Experience in the sign industry or closely related manufacturing/construction field.
• Computer skills, including Windows XP and MS Office (Access).
• Well organized and efficient.
• Assertive when appropriate.
• Familiar with all process steps in design, construction, and installation of sign packages.
• Ability to analyze situations and solve problems.
• Experience coordinating many projects simultaneously.
• Ability to build solid partner relationships with customers and subcontractors on behalf of Thomas Sign Co.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to sales on multi-location projects.
• Manages projects from sale through completed installations.
• Communicates with customers and responds to inquiries or complaints regarding products and services.
• Tracks project status and communicates with customers and internal personnel.
• Interfaces with subcontract installers and service providers in remote locations.
• Coordinates resolution of problems and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Informs customers of procedures and status of problem solving as necessary.
• Knowledgeable of company policies, procedures, practices, products, and services.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
