Job summary

JLL is seeking a Signage Project Manager to oversee corporate signage and wayfinding programs across AMER portfolios, from strategy to closeout. You will act as a subject-matter expert, coordinating WD&C teams, designers, fabricators, and field operations to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires managing multiple schedules and budgets, reviewing design and fabrication packages, and providing guidance on signage standards and processes. Seattle-based, on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college with 2–4+ years PM experience in related fields.
• Experience managing interior signage, branding, wayfinding or construction projects through lifecycle.
• Ability to read shop drawings, design packages, and construction documentation.
• Experience managing third‑party fabricators, bids, budgets and vendor performance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools.
• Strong communication and leadership across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, scope, and kickoff activities with WD&C teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct site surveys and document field conditions across the portfolio.
• Review design packages, shop drawings, and construction documentation for compliance and readiness.
• Lead competitive bidding for signage fabricators and manage vendor relationships and budgets.
• Track manufacturing schedules, monitor milestones, and manage risks.
• Coordinate installation logistics and on-site inspections; manage punch lists.
