Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, based in Seattle, WA, seeks a Signage Project Manager to lead the delivery and governance of corporate signage programs across the AMER portfolio. You will manage the full lifecycle from strategy through installation and closeout, coordinating WD&C teams, designers, fabricators and site operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in interior signage or related construction, strong MS Office and PM tool experience, and travel up to 2–3 times per month for site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 2–4+ years of project management experience in interiors, signage, construction, or real estate.
• Proven lifecycle management from initiation through closeout for signage or construction projects.
• Proficiency in reading shop drawings, design packages, and programming signage locations.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and competitive bidding processes.
• Strong communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, scope, and kickoff activities with design teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct site surveys and document conditions for planning and programming.
• Review design packages for compliance and fabrication readiness.
• Lead bidding, evaluate bids, and manage vendors and invoices.
• Track fabrication milestones, manage risks, and ensure quality checks.
• Coordinate installation logistics and on-site inspections; manage punch lists.
• Develop SOPs for signage delivery and provide training to staff.
