Job summary

Graphik, a sign fabrication and display company, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in Lindon, UT to support planning, production, and installation of custom signage projects. You’ll act as the main liaison among sales, design, fabrication, permits, vendors, installers, and customers to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong follow-through, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in project coordination, customer service, production coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and project management/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sign projects from approved estimate through production, delivery, and installation.
• Review project details, drawings, site notes, permits, materials, deadlines, and customer requirements.
• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, task lists, and status updates.
• Track project milestones and communicate delays, risks, or changes.
• Ensure all departments have the information needed to complete their portion of the project.
