Job summary

Graphik Display and Sign is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage planning, production, and installation of custom signage. You will be the communication link between sales, design, fabrication, permits, vendors, installers, and customers to ensure projects finish on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has strong follow-through, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Sign experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, production coordination, or admin support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in sign, graphics, print, construction, fabrication, or architectural products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sign projects from approved estimate through production, delivery, and installation.
• Review project details, drawings, site notes, permits, materials, deadlines, and customer requirements.
• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, task lists, and status updates.
• Track milestones and communicate delays, risks, or changes to teams.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and provide timely project updates to stakeholders.
• Work with designers, fabricators, printers, installers, and subcontractors.
