Tennessee Sign Company is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to serve as the central communication point between sales, customers, design, estimating, production, purchasing, installation, and management. This role requires organization, proactive scheduling, and effective problem-solving to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination, project management, construction administration, operations coordination, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from signed proposal through final completion.
• Review sold projects for complete information before production release.
• Create and maintain project schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate design, permitting, purchasing, production, delivery, and installation activities.
• Monitor progress and identify delays before they occur.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Track milestones, materials, production status, and installation schedules.
• Ensure completed projects meet customer specifications before closing.
