Graphik in Lindon, UT is seeking an experienced sign fabrication and installation specialist. This onsite role requires the ability to fabricate prints and install signs statewide, with potential overnight travel. Qualifications

• Must have sign fabrication experience.
• Must have sign installation experience.
• Overnight/multi-day travel may be required for installations.
• CNC experience is a plus; broader skill set is beneficial.
• Ability to work in both fabrication and installation to reduce bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations such as trimming, mounting, and laminating to prepare prints for installation.
• Install signs throughout Utah; overnight and multi-day travel may be required.
• Coordinate with sales team, center manager, and clients to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Manage on-site installation challenges with problem-solving and professionalism.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and installation techniques.
• Set up machines, equipment, and work area before production runs, ensuring calibration and readiness.
• Monitor machines during production and address any issues or malfunctions.
• Follow safety procedures and production schedules for smooth operations.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service, bindery, digital printing, and shop maintenance.
