The role emphasizes managing RFQs, estimates, approvals, scope changes, and billing inquiries while maintaining accurate records and driving repeat business across coast

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer service.
• Signage, manufacturing, graphics, or construction experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate repeat business.
• Follow up on RFQs, estimates, proposals, customer approvals, and outstanding items.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Design, Manufacturing, and Installation.
• Help ensure project requirements, specifications, and customer expectations are clearly communicated.
• Assist with change orders, scope updates, customer concerns, and billing questions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support efficient project execution.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or project coordination.
• Signage, manufacturing, graphics, or construction experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ERP and business systems.
• Relevant experience is valued; a college degree is not required.
