The position requires multi-project management, strong communication, and the ability to manage proofs, estimates, and documentation while meeting gross profit targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with a commercial use rider; reliable vehicle.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience as estimator for a company of comparable size.
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to present and speak in public.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret job estimates and reports.
• Advanced computer skills including software, hardware, programs, and application.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as maps, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Converts sales leads into clients by analyzing needs, submitting proposals, closing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate the sales process to meet service and quality objectives and manage customer experience.
• Assist with delegated tasks from the Sales Manager; may include pick-up/delivery of materials and proofs.
• Ensure estimates reflect scope of work, meet sales goals, and protect gross profit.
• Brief assigned Project Manager on each job sold and maintain organized sales paperwork.
