Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Manager, Client Success to oversee day-to-day client relationships and optimize ROI with our Technology and Diligence products.

You will support clients in using Technology Products, manage the delivery process for client orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service and contract renewal. A proactive, organized professional with strong communication skills will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day external relationships across a client portfolio.
• Ensure technology product issues are resolved promptly and optimally.
• Oversee product delivery reports per scope and turnaround time.
• Provide superior client experience aiming for contract renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product, Delivery and Account Management to leverage expertise.
• Act as a brand ambassador with professional behavior.
• Educate clients on products, scopes, and processes as needed.
• Balance workload while maintaining high service levels across clients.
• Support delivery of products and services to clients as needed.
• Gather client feedback and assist with resolution with stakeholders.
• Keep internal stakeholders informed of activity, pipeline, feedback, and issues.
• Collaborate on opportunities and Change Orders and quarterly reviews.
• Demonstrate ability to handle complex client needs and requirements.
• Show experience with technology products; regulatory/due diligence is a plus.
