Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-visit work and vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assist provider in examinations or procedures.
• Prepare sterilized instruments and ensure exam rooms are cleaned and stocked.
• Respond to patient portal messages the same day following standard protocols.
• Administer vaccines, manage prescriptions, and coordinate pre-admission testing when needed.
• Greet, check in/out patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient records and payments.
