Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in clinical or clerical support roles.
• Medical Technician Registration or MA Certification required.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties including pre-visit preparation and vital signs.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and stock exam rooms.
• Respond to patient calls and portal messages per workflows.
• Administer vaccines and process prescriptions as directed.
• Schedule tests and follow-up communications with patients.
• Support front-office tasks: check-in/check-out, scheduling, records, copays.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and safety standards.
• Participate in daily huddles and collaborate with care team.
• Document encounters, order labs, process referrals as directed.
• Monitor care team quality metrics and support improvement initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and positive patient experience.
