Qualifikationen

• Fluent ASL and spoken English language skills required.
• Accurate interpretation required.
• Good understanding of Deaf culture and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct required.
• State licensure of credentials where applicable; 18+ years old.

Aufgaben

• Provide effective video relay service and video remote interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company's mission and values.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional attitude toward customers and colleagues.
• Maintain punctuality and preparedness for shifts; interact respectfully and collaboratively with colleagues.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and multitask between interpreting and video usage.
• Participate in company-sponsored training for professional development.
• Meet performance expectations with minimal supervision.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Onsite interpreting may be offered as needed; have access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license if transportation is required.
