Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year degree in industrial-related field is a plus but not required.
• Able to connect with field-level customers and contacts.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Adhere to safe workplace practices.
• Valid driver's license free of suspensions or revocations.
• Knowledge of various signs (vinyl, channel letters, electrical signs, road signs).
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Typical 40+ hour workweek; field-based work.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions and construction-site hazards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure signs meet client specifications for spelling, font, size, and medium.
• Load and transport signs, tools, and materials safely.
• Install signs in compliance with MUTCD code.
• Prepare site for installation and secure electrical connections.
• Ensure accurate measurement, placement, and installation of material.
• Mount and install signs following safety protocols.
• Clear debris after installation.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on material as needed.
• Operate and maintain tools per safety protocols.
• Communicate daily with Project Management and Directors; document completion photos.
• Complete logs, vehicle inspections, work orders and timecards daily.
• Obtain and maintain required licenses in a timely manner.
