AWP Safety is seeking a Material Installer to transport, prepare, and install signage and related materials on varied projects. You will verify materials meet specifications, prepare mounting surfaces, and ensure proper installation while following safety protocols.

The role emphasizes field work, accurate documentation, and collaboration with project teams. Training incl. ATSSA certification and defensive driving is provided; advancements to leadership roles are possible.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 2-year degree in industrial-related field is a plus but not required.
• Ability to connect with field-level customers and contacts.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Adherence to safe workplace practices.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Mansioni

• Ensure signs meet client specifications (spelling, font, size, medium).
• Load and transport signs, tools, and materials to site safely.
• Prepare site for installation and secure electrical connections as needed.
• Ensure accurate measurement, placement, and installation of material.
• Mount/install signs according to safety protocols.
• Clean site after installation and remove debris.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to materials as needed.
• Operate and maintain tools per safety protocols.
• Communicate daily with Project Management, Operations, and Sales teams; document completions.
