Job summary

Butler America Aerospace L.L.C. is seeking an MCAD Support Engineer in Cupertino, CA to provide technical support for Siemens NX in an enterprise engineering environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, installation, and configuration of the Siemens NX software.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS operating systems.
• Experience with networking and software configuration management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support / Siemens NX in an engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Siemens NX user issues via Jira tool.
• Resolve common Tier 1 issues like NX application launch failures.
• Install and configure approved Siemens NX versions.

Skills

Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS

Networking and software configuration management

Understanding of Siemens NX

Familiarity with Teamcenter or PLM systems

NX licensing concepts

Troubleshooting and communication skills

3+ years in IT support / Siemens NX
