Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under the supervision of a RN.
• Obtain and record vital signs as ordered by the RN.
• Support safe delivery of patient care and ensure proper patient identification.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Relocate and rotate to meet patient care needs.
• Deliver medications and supplies per protocol under supervision.
