New England Baptist Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Clinical Educator to lead professional development, clinical practice, and credentialing for our Surgical ICU. You will design evidence-based learning programs and guide nurses from residency onboarding to specialty certifications.

You’ll collaborate across Magnet and PTAP initiatives, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with nursing education standards, patient safety, and high-performing care at a premier

Qualifications

• MA Registered Nurse license required.
• 3–5 years of active nursing experience (Surgical ICU/Critical Care highly preferred).
• 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Master’s Degree preferred (MSN or related field).

Responsabilités

• Design, present, and evaluate clinical competency modules and educational programs.
• Lead Magnet/PTAP initiatives, annual reporting, and staff engagement across the organization.
• Chair councils/committees and drive professional practice projects.
• Integrate evidence-based practice into nursing care and update policies and procedures.
• Provide real-time education and mentoring on the floor, including life-support trainings.
