Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is seeking a Unit-Based Nurse Educator to support the SICU and CT ICU. You will partner with nursing leadership and physicians to coordinate orientation, ongoing education, competency validation, and regulatory compliance, while delivering evidence-based care.

• Experienced in critical care nursing with focus on education and staff development.
• Ability to design and deliver education programs and competency validation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality initiatives in acute care settings.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate orientation for new SICU and CT ICU nursing staff.
• Coordinate and maintain annual education requirements (regulatory & competency-based).
• Provide education on advanced therapies and technologies (IABP, Impella).
• Support competency validation and ongoing clinical skill development.
• Collaborate with leadership on quality, safety and performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a clinical resource for evidence-based critical care practices.
