Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of active Nursing experience in SICU/CCU preferred.
• MA RN license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design, present, and evaluate clinical competency modules and educational programs.
• Lead unit orientations, nurse residency programs, and competencies.
• Chairs and leads councils and committees to advance professional practice.
• Integrate evidence-based practice into nursing policies and procedures.
• Provide real-time education and mentoring on the floor.
