Job summary

ASRC Federal AFSS is recruiting a Project Support Specialist to assist the Super Intelligence (SI) project at NASA GSFC in Greenbelt, MD. You will coordinate communities of practice, maintain SI communications, and support tool adoption and policy guidance for a fast-evolving IT organization.

The role requires fluency with LLM concepts, AI agents, cloud platforms, and enterprise collaboration tools. Onsite work is expected with core hours aligned to GSFC schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2–4 years of related professional experience; or 7+ years of related professional experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of LLM concepts, AI agents, tool use, and enterprise safety.
• Experience with Cloud AI ecosystems and enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SI communities of practice, working groups and forums.
• Track SI tool adoption, training, use cases and engagement metrics.
• Maintain SI websites, newsletters, and guidance materials.
• Support campaigns that encourage tool adoption and responsible SI usage.
• Educate NASA staff on SI policies, tools, data handling and security.
• Coordinate meetings, agenda, minutes, and deliverables for CSIO initiatives.
• Serve as liaison among CSIO, OCIO, engineering, and SI stakeholders.
• Capture use cases and priorities in central tracker.
