ASRC Federal AFSS seeks a Project Support Specialist to provide full-time, on-site support for NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, onboarding, travel, and equipment requests to keep projects running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, plus experience with Office 365, Teams, Box, and GSFC systems. This role may involve coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of experience or 7–8 years in lieu of degree.
• Outstanding, proactive customer service with timely solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of Teams; Box and GSFC systems desirable.
• Must meet NAC and US citizenship/permanent residency requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide full-time, on-site Project Support at NASA GSFC, Greenbelt, MD.
• Manage calendars for conference rooms and Project Management team.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, attendees, minutes.
• Assist onboarding of new hires and visitors, including badging.
• Coordinate travel authorizations and vouchers using TRT.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and replenishment.
• Prepare and route official correspondence and documents.
• Submit and manage MOSI, NAMS, and ESD requests for IT equipment.
• Coordinate office moves, phones, locations, and service requests.
• Assist onboarding/off-boarding and tracking of action items.
• Provide event planning and on-site logistics for reviews and meetings.
