Job summary

Rivian seeks an experienced electrical engineer specializing in signal integrity and power integrity for high-speed interconnects. You will collaborate with packaging, SOC, and system teams to optimize SI/PI, validate performance in lab tests, and translate findings into design improvements.

Qualifications

• M.S. degree in EE or related field with industry experience.
• Strong EE fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Strong background in EM theory and transmission lines.
• Familiarity with signal integrity and power integrity basics for high-speed interfaces.
• Experience with SI/PI analysis using EM and circuit tools listed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with package and PCB engineers on layout optimization for SI/PI.
• Cross-functional collaboration with SOC, physical, and system design for SI/PI.
• Validate SI/PI performance in lab and correlate with simulations.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in SI/PI design methodologies.
