Job summary

Meta seeks a Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineer to architect system-level SIPI designs and lead cross-functional integration for next-generation hardware. You will drive validation plans and collaborate with electrical, silicon, packaging, and firmware teams to ensure high-performance, EMI-compliant products.

The role requires 8+ years in SIPI or related high-speed design, plus strong experience with industry tools and lab testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years in SIPI simulation, measurement, or high-speed electrical design.
Experience delivering products from concept through validation to high-volume deployment.

Responsibilities

Architect and lead system-level SIPI design, simulation, and validation for advanced hardware.
Develop, implement, and improve SIPI methodologies, standards, and guidelines.
Drive SIPI strategy and influence architecture, trade-offs, and manufacturing processes.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across electrical, silicon, packaging, PCB, firmware, mechanics, and manufacturing.
Mentor engineers and communicate findings to stakeholders with clear reports.
