Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Ridgewood, NJ is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee guest/patient services and supervise a small team at a client location. You will hire, train and evaluate associates, allocate tasks, and ensure high service standards on every shift.

You will drive performance with regular coaching, manage daily financial reporting, and resolve customer concerns while protecting safety and policy compliance. This role requires leadership and a delivery-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Hospitality experience and guest service focus.
• Ability to use MS Office and POS systems for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest/patient service is delivered exceptionally and consistently.
• Hire, train, evaluate and discharge associates as needed.
• Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; manage budget and reporting.
• Address customer complaints and maintain safety/compliance.
• Directly supervise a minimum of two associates.
