Job summary

Towne Park is hiring for an Associate Manager to oversee guest/patient services at a designated site. You will hire, train, evaluate and manage a small team, ensure service excellence, and align staffing with client standards.

The role includes performance appraisals, budgeting insights, and maintaining strong client relationships, while driving safety and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in hospitality.
• Knowledge: Towne Park policies, safety procedures, HIPAA awareness, customer service principles.
• Skills: Effective communication, manual driving ability, ability to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally and consistently across shifts.
• Efficiently allocate labor resources and manage staffing per client standards.
• Actively engage in recruitment and hiring for the location.
• Assist in establishing guidelines and orienting new associates; coach performance.
• Develop relationships with client staff and maintain regular communication.
• Understand metrics for forecasting, productivity, revenue reporting, and compliance.
