Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to lead guest services at a designated location. You will hire, train, and evaluate associates, direct daily tasks, and maintain strong client relationships to meet service goals.

You will also monitor labor, revenue and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Requires strong guest/customer service skills and ability to manage staff.
• Experience in hospitality or service operations is preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret client standards and safety procedures.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach and evaluate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest/patient services and ensure high-quality service across shifts.
• Hire, train, evaluate and counsel associates; direct work assignments.
• Maintain client relations and ensure commitments are met.
• Monitor labor and revenue performance, and prepare shift reports.
