Job summary

Ace Parking Management in Newark, NJ seeks a Commercial Shuttle Manager to oversee passenger transport to designated locations. You will ensure safe, timely trips and embody our values of accountability, communication, family, exceptional service, and profitability.

Responsibilities include pick-up/drop-off, safe vehicle operation, keeping maintenance records, assisting passengers, coordinating with dispatch, and complying with DOT policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience driving a commercial vehicle.
• Clean driving record and adherence to safety regulations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement and up-to-date medical certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Safely operate shuttle vehicles following traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and daily activities.
• Assist passengers with luggage, boarding, and exiting the shuttle.
• Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth shuttle operation.
• Follow DOT policies and procedures.
