Job summary

SP+ in Houston, a Metropolis company, seeks a shuttle operations assistant to support day-to-day management, ensure safety, and maintain client relations. You will assist in driving-related tasks, coordinate with the Facility Manager, and help keep the garage area organized and compliant with contractual guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a DOT Medical Card. Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: minimal high school diploma or equivalent with minimal related experience.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate) required.
• Availability to work second/third shifts and weekends as needed.
• Good oral and written communication; customer-focused service and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day shuttle operation management within location contracts.
• Maintain client relations and professional image per company policy.
• Support daily activities and duties at assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and respond to requests for service.
• Help with maintenance tasks and report safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Know the shuttle routes, landmarks, and major streets in the garage area.
• Complete other duties as needed.
