SP+, a Metropolis company, is an AI-driven parking solution provider expanding checkout-free experiences across North America. This full-time shuttle operations role supports day-to-day site management, customer service, and safety compliance at assigned locations in San Antonio, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have a minimal high school diploma, potential CDL qualifications, and the ability to perform under varying shifts while maintaining professional communication with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training.
• Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• License must include CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the shuttle operation within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Courteously assist customers and report incidents or safety concerns.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Be familiar with shuttle operation area, routes, landmarks and major streets.
