Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking personnel in Houston to support shuttle operations and daily location management. You will assist customers, perform maintenance tasks, and help ensure smooth, safe transportation between sites.

The role requires a minimal high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a DOT medical card. Availability for multiple shifts and weekends may be needed to meet location needs.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training.
• DOT Medical Card required; valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day location management and general maintenance tasks.
• Courteously assist customers and report safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of shuttle operations, routes, landmarks, and local areas.
