Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Shuttle Driver in San Diego to operate buses safely and transport passengers efficiently. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, perform inspections, and uphold uniforms and schedules.

Minimum CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a DOT Medical Card are required, with weekend or 3rd shift availability possible. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or 1 month related experience.
• License: CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement per DOT regulations.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate) required.
• Availability for 3rd shift/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus cleanliness.
• Be on time, in uniform, and ready to work as scheduled.
• Possess a valid CDL and maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Assist customers with luggage and navigate routes for seamless transport.
