Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking an on-site Shuttle Operations Supervisor in Portland, OR. You will lead shuttle teams, ensure safe, compliant operations, and maintain strong customer interactions while controlling revenue procedures and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year supervisory experience in transportation or parking, a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement where required, and DOT Medical Card; strong MS Office skills are expected; availability for varied shifts and weekends

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college a plus.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience, preferably in transportation or parking.
• CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement based on location needs; DOT regulations knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day management of assigned locations.
• Supervise shuttle drivers, parkers and shuttle operations.
• Ensure proper customer interaction and close reports.
• Monitor revenue control procedures and daily revenue reports.
• Contribute to daily data entry and report compilation for facility operations.
