Job summary

Metropolis Technologies, acting through SP+, is seeking a shuttle operations support role in San Antonio, TX. You will assist daily shuttle activities within contractual guidelines and help uphold a professional image for client locations.

Required are a High school diploma or equivalent, CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement, and a current DOT Medical Card. Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be needed. Strong customer service and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and some related experience or training.
• Possess CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement if operating passenger shuttles.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Oral communication is clear and effective.
• Written communication: reads and writes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
• Provide courteous customer service and professional image at locations.
• Report accidents, safety hazards and policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Be knowledgeable about shuttle routes, landmarks and local area.
• Complete other duties as needed by the Facility Manager.
